Jade Satin is a straightforward, undemanding Scindapsus cultivar prized for its thick, velvety, satin-sheen jade-green leaves — solid in colour with no variegation, letting the leaf's texture and lustre do all the visual work. It's a trailing/climbing vine that roots readily from cuttings and tolerates a wider range of light and humidity than many showier collector aroids, which has made it a reliable, widely available foundation plant. It's also the un-variegated base of the much rarer 'Jade Satin' Variegated sport.
