Mint is a softly variegated selection of the popular Monstera adansonii 'Swiss Cheese Vine', carrying pale mint-green and cream marbling across the narrow, fenestrated leaves rather than the stark white sectors of an albo form. It shares adansonii's fast-growing, densely fenestrated trailing or climbing habit, and the gentler mint tone makes variegation loss less visually dramatic during the plant's typical light-hungry growing conditions than starker white-variegated forms.
